We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Staff proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to support our growing operations team. This remote position is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You will play a crucial role in assisting the operations and consulting teams in delivering high-quality grant consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams across multiple projects.

  • Project Coordination: Help track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for various grant consulting engagements.

  • Documentation: Support the preparation and review of grant-related documentation, proposals, and business impact reports in both English and Mandarin.

  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across languages.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate internal processes, enhancing efficiency in grant applications and project management.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on grant opportunities, regulatory requirements, and client industries to support project execution.

  • Compliance: Ensure all project documentation meets grant requirements, and assist with claim submissions and audits.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in business, finance, project management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in operations, administration, or project management roles is a plus. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in learning are welcome to apply.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheet, Slides) and able to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Must be clear, concise, and professional in all communications.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling documentation and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.

  • Learning Attitude: Willing to learn about grant consultancy, business development, and project management.
