We're looking for passionate leaders ready to shape the future of Adore Me, in-store and beyond. Position Overview The Key Holder plays a critical role in supporting the store's success. You'll partner with store leadership to drive results, provide exceptional service, and open or close the store when needed. As a trusted leader on the floor, you will coach and motivate the team, resolve challenges in real time, and lead by example. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow into a future leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service
  • Support bra fittings and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs
  • Guide and coach associates in real time to improve selling behaviors and conversion
  • Foster an inclusive environment where every customer feels seen, supported, and celebrated

Team Support & Floor Leadership

  • Open and close the store as needed, following all procedures and checklists

Support new hire onboarding and ongoing associate development

  • Help create a positive, team-driven work environment through clear communication and feedback
  • Reinforce daily selling goals and contribute to team motivation

Operations & Visual Execution

  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually compelling, and fully stocked
  • Maintain merchandising standards and execute product moves, launches, and markdowns
  • Process shipments, transfers, and stockroom organization as needed
  • Uphold loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures at all times

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • A natural leader who thrives in a team setting and takes initiative
  • Reliable, accountable, and confident in managing responsibilities
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile POS, sales tools, and scheduling platforms
