Junior Site Reliability Engineer

As the Junior Site Reliability Engineer, you will need a solid foundation in Linux system administration, software engineering, networking, and cloud infrastructure to join our SRE team. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with development teams to shape scalable, resilient systems and help maintain our expanding AWS environments. 

What You'll Do:  

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using?Terraform/OpenTofu. 
• Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams across services and environments. 
• Define and monitor SLO’s?and SLA’s.
• Participate in incident response: triage, containment, and root cause analysis. 
• Administer Kubernetes clusters. 
• Contribute to the evolution of our observability stack, including distributed tracing and log aggregation. 

 Ideal Candidates will have strong working knowledge in the following core operational areas:  

• Git 
• Terraform/OpenTofu   
• Kubernetes 
• Linux?system interfaces, administration, and networking 
• AWS cloud services and architecture 
• Distributed tracing tools and techniques. 
• Log aggregation 

Required Soft Skills: 

• Ability to communicate well across teams, especially in high-stress situations. 
• Must possess the ability to learn rapidly 
• Be self-directed; find and solve problems independently without having to be prompted.
