What You'll Do:Connect with pre-scheduled clients over Zoom (yep—no cold calling)
Walk families through their benefit options with clarity and compassion
Keep digital notes organized and handle follow-ups with professionalism
Build real relationships with the people you serve
Stay sharp with weekly training and leadership development
Strong communicator, dependable, and calm under pressure
Organized, mission-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable in virtual settings and using digital tools
A desire to continue serving—just in a new way
