We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Hospital Management Systems (HMS), EHR/EMR platforms (including Epic), and healthcare interoperability standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare technology solutions that enable digital transformation, system integration, and improved patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience

    • 8+ years in healthcare IT with at least 5 years in architecture roles.

    • Hands-on experience with Epic (certifications preferred: Epic Bridges, EpicCare, or others).

    • Strong background in other EHR/EMR systems (Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.).

    • Proven expertise in hospital management systems clinical, administrative, and financial modules.

  • Technical Skills

    • Integration: HL7, FHIR, CDA, CCD, X12, APIs, web services.

    • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform healthcare cloud services.

    • Data: SQL/NoSQL, Data Lakes, ETL, healthcare data warehousing.

    • Security: HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 compliance frameworks.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and ability to operate in complex healthcare environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic certifications (Bridges, Chronicles, Clarity, or other relevant modules).

  • Experience in population health, care management, or value-based care technology.

  • Knowledge of healthcare analytics and AI/ML use cases.

  • Prior experience working with payers and providers.
