JOB DESCRIPTION
Title : Salesforce Architect
Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Drive hands-on development in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Integrations.
- Design and implement scalable Omni Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Define data models, perform API integrations, and work with middleware platforms for system interoperability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including development and architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Triggers, and API Integrations.
- Strong experience in Omni Script / Omni Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven knowledge of data modelling, middleware, and system integrations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
- Salesforce Omni Studio Developer / Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant
