Job Overview

We're looking for a talented full stack programmer/developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web application and legacy GUI-based application. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You'll participate in code reviews, contribute to the design and architecture of web applications, and troubleshoot issues to improve overall system functionality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test clean, maintainable, and efficient code for our web application and legacy GUI-based application.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Web Application Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve overall system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Staying Current: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development, incorporating relevant advancements into our platform.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Web Development Fundamentals: Strong understanding of web development fundamentals.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming languages.
• Database Systems: Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Progress OpenEdge Technologies: Familiarity with Progress OpenEdge technologies.
• Front-end Frameworks/Libraries: Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., SmartClient, React, Angular).
• Practical Experience: Equivalent practical experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
