Job Summary
As a Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Payments team in analyzing data, managing projects, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of key seller connections, including attending monthly and quarterly business reviews with payment card companies
- Analyze data and prepare presentations for senior management, including regular payment metrics
- Perform daily examinations that may impact business performance and decision-making, and collaborate with various stakeholders as needed
- Learn, maintain, and leverage digital reporting processes
- Use data modeling to demonstrate the performance of business KPIs
- Assist with the identification and monitoring of payment card network compliance issues
- Provide project support and guidance to other team members
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests and complete special tasks
- Acquire new skills as needed to support the needs of the Payments team and the Financial Services Division
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
