Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our virtual support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, as well as other key performance indicators, such as first contact resolution and average handle time.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer inquiries and a focus on meeting productivity and efficiency targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Wayfair's products and services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology applications relevant to the role.
