Job Summary

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; experience in a remote work environment is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently required; proactive problem-solving skills a must
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications required; ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace required; ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of home goods and furnishings industry
