Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments, with a strong focus on customer service and food safety.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of food preparation and handling, along with sanitation practices.
• Experience in serving , with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
