Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions by applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data. Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Anticipate content engagement to inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content launch and episode release methodology.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business forward.
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
