Job Description

As a Mental Health Therapist at Libido Health, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, both in-person and via telehealth platforms. You will assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans that focus on mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. We value a collaborative approach to care and encourage therapists to contribute their expertise to program development and clinical discussions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

• 1+ years of clinical experience (post-graduate experience preferred)

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)

• Ability to provide both in-person and teletherapy services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other support staff

• Participate in supervision, peer consultation, and clinical team meetings

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions

• Remain informed about current practices, research, and interventions in mental health
