Amazon is building a top-tier advertising platform, delivering billions of impressions daily. Our Ads Trust Operations (ATO) team is essential to that mission, ensuring all advertising content is compliant, relevant, and safe for our customers. This role is vital to creating a trusted customer experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Video Ads, Book Ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review advertisements across multiple formats including images, video, audio, and written content

• Flag and moderate content that may be inappropriate, political, or sexually suggestive

• Monitor and evaluate ads in alignment with global trends and current events

• Use moderation tools and translation features to assess and review ad submissions

• Audit and provide feedback on advertiser content and emails

• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• B2-level certification for select languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, or Japanese (JLPT N3)

Preferred

• Experience in content moderation, digital advertising, or policy enforcement

• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
