Location Requirement: Onsite or Remote: Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation is allowed. DWD is currently allowing remote work from within the state of Wisconsin.

This is a position needed as a project manager to lead staff in the development, maintenance and support of critical priority applications supported by BITS-UI for division of Unemployment Insurance. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include application architecture design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in leading projects which include designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project management experience
• 6 years of Agile/Scrum experience
• 6 years of TFS/AzureDevOps/Jira experience
• At least 1 year of previous work in government and claim processing

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Azure Cloud experience
• Application development experience
