Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and occasionally make outbound calls to assist with medically related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and empathy to patients.
• Utilize computer skills for data entry, gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve patient issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of recent call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
• High-speed internet with modem access, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred), with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support.
