About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Children's Development, Gymnastics and Activity Coach to join our team in Katy, TX. As a coach, you'll be responsible for designing and leading engaging fitness programs for kids, while also contributing to the success of our team through sales and promotional efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead fun, engaging, and safe fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years
• Help meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and parents
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Participate in birthday parties and other events to promote our programs and services
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistency and quality in our programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in children's fitness and development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or a related field
• Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Adept sales skills and a willingness to contribute to sales and promotional efforts
• A clean background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a coaching or teaching role
• Certifications in children's fitness, gymnastics, or a related field (e.g., ACE, NASM, or USA Gymnastics)
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• First aid and CPR certification
