We’re looking for a WordPress Web Designer & Developer who can combine creativity with technical expertise. You’ll be someone who can both design stunning, on-brand websites and then build them in WordPress - efficiently, precisely, and with a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Design original, high-end websites in Adobe XD or Figma that reflect each client’s unique brand.

Develop websites in WordPress (custom code, Elementor, or themes) based on approved designs Ensure websites are responsive, functional, and error-free with strong attention to detail Collaborate with our Account Management team, clients, and internal designers on direction and feedback Take projects from initial concept all the way to launch

This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to overlap at least half of the US East Coast working day (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST).

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ Strong design skills using Adobe XD or Figma ✅ Proven ability to develop responsive WordPress websites (custom coding, Elementor, themes) ✅ Attention to detail with layouts, typography, spacing, and testing ✅ Ability to choose high-quality images that match the client’s visual identity

Brownie points:

⭐ Advanced developer skills (animations, integrations, customizations) ⭐ Experience connecting third-party platforms like Calendly, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Live Chat

The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and communicates clearly.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team setting, always meets deadlines, and is eager to suggest improvements. You’re accountable, curious, and constantly looking to grow your skills while delivering excellent work.

$3,500 - $5,000 per month*

Full-time & fully remote

15 days PTO + 8 floating holidays
