Technical Compliance Specialist

Join our expanding compliance team at 3 Oaks Gaming as a Technical Compliance Specialist. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of multi-jurisdictional projects, collaborating with internal teams and test labs while helping ensure our products meet regulatory requirements worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Support market analysis to interpret legislation and identify requirements for new and existing jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to maintaining internal documentation, processes, and knowledge bases across jurisdictions.
  • Help identify and escalate potential risks, communicating solutions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Support project coordination by monitoring deliverables and following up to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for games, RNG, and RGS certifications.
  • Act as a point of contact for test labs, supporting multiple high-priority projects in parallel.
  • Help validate issues raised by test labs and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining the project roadmap, highlighting risks and supporting mitigation plans.
  • Support audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with management on compliance-related matters, providing hands-on support where needed.

You will work closely with:

  • You will report directly to the Head of Compliance while collaborating with various business units depending on the project at hand.

Requirements

  • Appropriate degree (business, legal or compliance).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an online gaming business.
  • Knowledge of the games development process within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience in analyzing, interpreting and implementing technical legislation.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in games certification within the iGaming industry
  • Exposure to audit processes, information security and risk management is a bonus.

About you - you must be:

  • Degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an online gaming business.
  • Strong knowledge of the games development process within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and implementing technical legislation.
  • Project management experience with proven organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in games certification within the iGaming industry.
  • Exposure to audit processes, information security, or risk management is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Strong work ethic, focused on accuracy and timely completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability, able to work independently.
  • Effective team player in a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Skilled at prioritizing competing workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
