As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic and innovative Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and develop our company's most valuable asset: our people. We are seeking a passionate, skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to finding and nurturing talent. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR Department.
- Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding.
- Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
- Regular communication with employees and feedback through channels such as corporate meetings, newsletters, etc.
- Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
- Manage company benefits.
Requirements Skills:
- 5 years experience as HR in IT
- Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, 1:1 etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels
- High level of teamwork and networking
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
- Proactive approach and curiosity
- Multi-tasking skills
- At least an Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
- Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates)
- Experience in companies of 500+ people
- Organizing and holding events online
