The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our product experience for our wonders and operators, driving innovation and delivering best-in-class product design. You will create both current and future products and services, leveraging your expertise to engage customers and align with our design vision. What you’ll do

• Play a pivotal hands on role in shaping new digital experiences for owner and operator clients at TheGuarantors.
• Design intuitive, visually stunning, and data-driven interfaces that empower property owners and operators.
• Create exceptional experiences and tools that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
• Directly impact the user journey by enhancing how clients manage risk and streamline their operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of craftsmanship in design efforts.
• Drive innovation and contribute to future product ideation and design, shaping the direction of our offerings.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of Product Design experience
• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or fintech/proptech industries
• Experience in contributing to high-quality, scalable design systems
• Strong proficiency in modern design tools
• Ability and desire to solve complex product design problems
• Self-motivated with impeccable execution for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to UI, visual design with a portfolio showcasing visually compelling interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale
• Experience working in an agile and highly iterative, collaborative environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to present

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data visualization and designing for complex, multi-user platforms.
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion design tools.
• Experience in mentoring or leading UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of property management, real estate, or fintech industries is a plus.

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
