We count on you for:

  • Performs basic impact analysis for business and system changes/enhancements.
  • Develops fundamental business requirements by analyzing current and future states.
  • Conducts application testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Acts as a liaison between business units and the IT team.
  • Uses knowledge of customer goals, processes, and products to provide sound recommendations.
  • Supports tasks or subprojects affecting one or multiple business and IT departments.
  • Conducts quality reviews on project deliverables.
  • Helps prioritize work requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or correlate areas
  • Experience with Functional testing of web-based application
  • Experience within finance, product, sales, service and/or systems required
  • Focus on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validating the system against business needs
  • Experience with Rally for tracking tests and KPIs
  • Fluent in English
