Data Analyst

We are now on the lookout for a Data Analyst. Please see the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with raw financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Metabase to present complex data clearly and concisely.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on data for the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive "KPI Bible" that standardises business metrics across the company.

• Apply deep knowledge of payments and crypto transaction flows to develop meaningful metrics and models.

• Collaborate with the finance, operations, engineering and product teams to ensure the data we collect is fit for purpose.

• Regularly present an analysis to the executive team, translating data into actionable business insights.

• Develop and execute implementation plans for approved data-driven changes, working with relevant teams to see them through to completion.

Your Profile:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or in a similar role.

• Demonstrable experience with Metabase (or a similar BI tool), including data modelling and advanced dashboard creation.

• Deep understanding of payments and/or crypto ecosystems is desirable, but not a must.

• The candidate must be able to think critically about metrics specific to these industries (e.g., transaction volume, settlement times, network fees, crypto asset volatility).

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.

• A track record of successfully driving change or implementing projects based on data insights.
