Tasks

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
• Set up tracking mechanisms (e.g., UTM, pixel, custom events) to measure conversions across Web2 and Web3 journeys.
• Understand platform-specific ad compliance for crypto/financial products and navigate ad policy limitations creatively and ethically
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years experience in paid advertising with a strong performance focus
• Previous experience in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 marketing strongly preferred
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and crypto ad platforms
• Proficient in analytics tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
• Creative thinker with a knack for A/B testing
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
