About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and results-driven self-starter to join our team as an Account Manager, focusing on growing the 3P market in the USA. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, as well as monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.

Primary Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Remarkable commercial acumen, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data.
  • Polished communication skills, including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
  • The ability to think critically and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
