As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers and dealer partners while driving success in our fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment, addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Open and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Deescalate customer issues and provide solutions to resolve disputes and discrepancies related to outstanding balances.
  • Meet and exceed defined departmental goals and activity metrics, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to direct supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Offer pay-off quotes to dealers and customers, and provide written account information as requested.
  • Handle inbound phone calls, transferring ownership, and other customer-related tasks as needed.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A demonstrated history of career stability and a commitment to long-term growth.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience.
  • A detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives (up to one week, twice per year).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of auto loan financing and collections processes.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
