  • Assist members with account setup, billing issues, and subscription management.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, including streaming or connectivity issues.
  • Provide guidance on using Netflix features and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
