Customer Care Professional: A Key Role at blithequark

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional client service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be the face of the organization, engaging with entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with clients to understand their needs and suggest relevant products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and other components of our offerings
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building compatibility, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Document essential record data according to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain integrity by complying with all administrative and consistent rules connected to sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll need:

  • At least two years of client support experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated success in a client care and sales environment (two years+)
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate an online climate
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (education benefits are available)
