Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Virtual Customer Jobs representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging in conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable Blithequark SBS products
  • Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and other essential elements of Blithequark Private Business Services
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and closing deals
  • Provide outstanding customer care by answering questions about accounts in a timely, organized, and client-focused environment
  • Document essential record information according to established policies and procedures
  • Uphold integrity by complying with all administrative and regulatory guidelines related to balancing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

  • At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a client care and sales environment (two years+)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; educational benefits are available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
