Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any other questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, working together to resolve issues and provide exceptional support.
  • Conducting research and gathering information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
  • Assisting with monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews, using this feedback to improve our services and processes.
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues, working together to provide a comprehensive and supportive experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
  • A motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and gathering information to provide accurate responses, with a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and booking systems is a plus, but not required.
