divThe Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its community in Provincetown, MA./div div /div divThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostly exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition to other exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safely maintained./div div /div divDaily responsibilities:/div div /div ul liPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate. /li liPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained./li liClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains. /li liOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems amp; equipment as needed. /li liMaintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.), if applicable./li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul p /p pPay rate: $26-$30 an hour./p
