Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Virtual Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark card members via phone, chat, and email channels
  • Handling a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards
  • Listening actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions
  • Educating card members on blithequark products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience
  • Utilizing resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor
