Job Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and deploy machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and quantitative strategies

• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and other programming languages
• Apply analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapt to new modeling strategies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and R
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Experience with deep learning techniques, such as convolutional neural networks and recurrent neural networks
• Experience with natural language processing and text analysis
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data engineering and data architecture
