Job Summary
As a Social Media Chat Sales professional at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our clients. Working closely with our highly skilled client success team, you'll focus on initiating authentic conversations, building relationships, and converting leads into sales through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new conversations and build relationships with potential customers through social media platforms
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales process
- Grow organic accounts and expand our reach
- Reply to active leads, close sales, and manage daily communication tasks
- Collaborate with the client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Continuously learn and improve your skills to meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English proficiency
- Strong desire to earn a stable income in $USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sales tools
- Proven track record of success in sales or lead generation

Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities for growth and development
- Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses structure:
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- After completing training: Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month, Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month, Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
