As a Student Success Coach, you'll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges, develop essential skills, and achieve their educational goals. About the Role

As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students enrolled in our programs. You'll work closely with students to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and develop personalized plans to help them succeed. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping students navigate our academic programs, access resources, and overcome obstacles.

Key Responsibilities

* Support students throughout their academic journey, providing guidance, motivation, and encouragement to help them achieve their goals

  • Manage a group of assigned students, coaching them through their degree program and providing proactive and timely outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their concerns, aspirations, and interests
  • Provide students with access to resources and support services, empowering them to maximize their academic success
  • Offer resume and career development support, helping students prepare for their future careers
  • Serve as a liaison between students and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent)

  • Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
  • Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
  • Strong customer support focus and attention to detail
