Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses

  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintain call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management
  • Develop appropriate reporting requirements as directed by supervisor or manager
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members
  • Assist in the training of new-hires and participate in quality assurance activities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
