Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as In-Home Usage Testers. As a tester, you will have the opportunity to work from home, testing a variety of products and providing valuable feedback to our clients. This is a flexible, part-time position that offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project. You will be guaranteed 15-25 hours of work per week, with the potential for more hours as needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who is curious, reliable, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
• Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested
• Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilize MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential
• Must be 18 years or older
