Position Summary

As a Grievance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing triage and assignment of Medicare Part D grievance cases. This includes:

  • Conducting initial reviews of grievances to determine validity, coverage determination, or access to care outreach needs
  • Assigning cases to grievance caseworkers based on department guidelines
  • Reporting case trends to leadership to address internal partners
  • Providing support to various operational teams within the Grievance department, as needed

Key Responsibilities

As a Grievance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing triage and assignment of Medicare Part D grievance cases in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conducting thorough reviews of grievances to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and client requirements
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to identify case trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal partners to resolve grievance cases and improve member satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of grievance cases and resolution outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a customer service role with multiple computer applications, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround time requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong research skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical-related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $43,888.00 - $76,500.00
