Job Summary

We're seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with bookings. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with bookings.
  • Handling a diverse range of customer concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and general travel information.
  • Empathetically listening to customers and tailoring solutions to their specific needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of blithequark services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.
  • Working in a remote environment with a stable internet connection, using customer service software and tools to provide exceptional support.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
