Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their inquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, sharing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems and other relevant tools to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ensuring a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting productivity and performance targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
