Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive image of our company. You will be the face of blithequark, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will make all the difference in providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and providing a resolution that meets their needs
  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience a plus but not required
