Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for accurately inputting data into various systems, maintaining and updating database records, verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, generating reports as needed, and communicating with team members and supervisors via email and online chat. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into various systems, including but not limited to: + Customer information + Product data + Sales data + Inventory data

  • Maintain and update database records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as needed
  • Generate reports as needed, using data analysis tools and software
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors via email and online chat, providing updates and requesting assistance as needed
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Some college education (preferred but not required)

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
