Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries, often collaborating with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Keeping up-to-date with blithequark products, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to help improve our products and services, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • A strong passion for blithequark and its products, services, and culture.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar, and the ability to adapt your tone and language to suit different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively, often in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
