Job Description

As a WFM Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in managing and entering workforce management data with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all data related to scheduling, attendance, and workforce metrics are accurately captured and maintained within our systems. This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance work with your personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update workforce management data accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
  • Generate and distribute reports related to workforce data.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance and schedules.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
