We are currently looking for an experienced Full-Time Call Center Representative to join our team, ensuring our commitment to safety and customer service remains unparalleled. As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for calling existing customers, taking their orders, and accurately entering them into our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate phone calls to existing customers to take orders, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any operational issues.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a Full-Time Remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home. Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$18.00, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, prescription, dental, disability coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

Essential Qualifications:
