Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns
  • Researching, maintaining, and updating tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing tax forms, mail, and payments to the proper accounts, adhering to company standards and deadlines
  • Completing all tasks in a timely manner, meeting company standards and expectations
  • Additional duties may be assigned to support the team and contribute to the growth of the organization

Schedule and Location:

* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

  • No weekends!
  • On-site in our Allentown, PA office
  • Once released from training (approximately 4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position, subject to business needs and performance

Pay and Benefits:

* $14.50/hour + monthly incentive opportunities

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking
  • Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
