Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in our computer databases and systems. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data in our computer databases and systems
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Use data management software and spreadsheet tools to perform data analysis and reporting
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support business operations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Meet productivity and quality standards, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Strong understanding of data management software and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
