Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards.
• Manage time spans for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to guarantee solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation teams.
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing.
• Scope of work varies depending on the team assignment.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm.
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement.
• Major comprehension of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program.
• Coursework or experience connected with Cybersecurity.
• Past investigator internship experience within the last year.
• Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition.
