Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance
- Delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues
- Providing memorable and delightful experiences that leave a lasting impression on our customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- A flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A dedicated workspace with a noise/distraction-free environment
- A standalone monitor (19 inch) and a desk with an ergonomic chair

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:
- 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
- Desk and an ergonomic chair
