Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. Your strong attention to detail, communication skills, and technical expertise will enable you to efficiently and accurately enter data while resolving customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately

• Enter data with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, using data analytics to drive business growth and improvement
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases, as part of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) cease-to-stop technique
• Develop and maintain expertise in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to convert functional requirements into technical deliverables, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver small increments of products at regular intervals to business groups

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data-driven solutions, data analytics, and data visualization
• Proficiency in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, Development Life Cycle Management, and Troubleshooting for data-driven tasks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in data science, data analytics, or a related field
